New clients are required to pay 100% of the fare in advance, unless otherwise arranged directly with our office or by phone. Returning clients may be eligible for a 30% deposit arrangement, with the balance payable for the trip as agreed.n For special events (e.g., weddings or large functions), payments may be processed 100% upfront, with a 30% fee applied if the booking is cancelled. All financial data is encrypted and handled securely in compliance with PCI DSS standards.
